Tacos El Gringo has been catering Orange County since 2018, starting at local breweries in Santa Ana. Every meat is grilled over red oak for a smoky flavor you won't get from a hotel buffet or a flat-top. We cater birthdays, graduations, weddings, quinceañeras, baby showers, game days, corporate events and office lunches.

A half tray feeds about 10–12 people and a full tray about 20–25. Meat trays come with warm tortillas, house salsa, onion, cilantro and limes.

No travel fee within 15 miles of Santa Ana. $75 for 15–30 miles, $150 beyond 30 miles.
Drop-off trays start at $60 for a half tray of rice or beans and $80 for a half tray of al pastor or pollo asado. Office taco bars run $19–23 per person, and on-site taco truck service starts at $19 per person for 50 guests or more.
Drop-off trays and office packages can be ordered online with 24 hours' notice (office taco boxes by 2 PM the day before). For weddings, quinceañeras and large on-site events, book as early as you can so we can hold your date.
Yes. Our on-site taquero service cooks everything fresh at your event over the grill, with two hours of serving time on most packages and three hours with El Patrón.
Yes. Our Peruvian beans are vegan-friendly, potato tacos and bean & cheese burritos are vegetarian, and the Vegetarian Breky Burrito works for breakfast events.
Plates, napkins and utensils come with on-site catering. Drop-off trays and office packages don't include them or chafing racks; you can add disposable chafing displays for $25 per tray.
